 Daily news from the Canaries and the islands' biggest English language newspaper on-line Thye Gateway Bar Left for dead Tony, the popular owner of The Gateway Bar in Costa del Silencio, was attacked by a group of youths in his own home recently. Four men (two 18 year olds, one 22 and one 26) were later arrested after investigations into another robbery on the same estate on the same night. Following enquiries by the Guardia Civil, a ring found in their possession was identified as Tony’s so the officers were also able to charge them with this cowardly attack.
