Food26.01.2013 - Following the recent Madrid Fusin event where IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts were the winners of the traditional charity truffle auction, Juan Carlos Clemente, the companys gastronomic advisor in Tenerife, has created a tasting menu with this much-desired delicacy as the main protagonist. The menu designed for the occasion was available exclusively only yesterday and today, January 25 and 26, during the dinner hour in the Restaurante Poseidn in the Hotel IBEROSTAR Anthelia.

Menu:

Assorted breads with tubers

1 Free-range chicken broth with cream and coffee foam

2 Mille-feuille of foie and vegetables cooked in a variety of ways
TAITTINGER BRUT RSERVE (AOC CHAMPAGNE)

3 Free-range egg served with coloured, truffle-flavoured potatoes

4 Scallop-filled ravioli on a bed of creamy rice served with cep-flavoured thickened stock
BALUARTE (DO RUEDA)

5 Tender beef served with chestnut and truffle cream, steamed brioche and souffl potatoes
LA CASONA (DOP ARINZANO)

6 White chocolate and passion fruit tartufo, decorated with flowers

7 Chocolate truffles
