 Beauty and fashion, health updates, pets, gadgets Moscow Ballet Swan Lake at Leal and Magma It is probably the most famous ballet of them all – and the most loved. Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake will be performed by the Moscow Ballet in the Magma Arte & Congresos centre on July 23rd and in the Teatro Leal on July 24th and 25th, with Odette-Odilia danced by Natalia Kungurtseva and Prince Sigfried by Dmitry Smirnov, with choreography based on the 1895 version of Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov for the Russian Imperial Ballet. 
The tale of the prince who falls in love with Odette, a princess by night, swan by day, has enthralled generations and is one of the ballets most in demand by the Spanish public. The Moscow Ballet was founded in 1989 by the Russian dancer and Timur Fayziez with some of the top dancers who were previously with the Bolshoi and the Stanislavsky companies. Today the Moscow Ballet is recognised as one of the most important dance companies on the world, and was chosen by Rudolf Nureyev for his last European tour.
