Applied kinesiology
The body as a valuable instrument
At the beginning of the 20th century the physician Wilhelm Reich already recognised that life events are stored in the human body and that physical and mental processes are reflected in muscle function.

02.08.2015 - From this knowledge, applied kinesiology was developed: a process carried out by muscle testing based on the body’s feedback mechanisms, as when faced with an incompatible substance, or with an uncomfortable emotional situation, the energy system of the body is adversely affected and weakened.

The most famous muscle measurement is the Delta-arm test, in which an attempt is made to push the subject’s arm down.  With a weak energy system, the arm can be easily moved.  If the system is strong, the arm remains powerful and will not be pushed down so easily.  Apart from this, there are a number of other tests such as the muscle/bone-length difference or arm-length difference experiment.  Even self-tests take a lot of practice to learn, such as the finger- or hand-test.  In fact, you can test just about any part of the body.  However, attention must be paid to the type of assessment in order to get meaningful answers.

Applied kinesiology makes it clear that the body system works with the subconscious mind and thus directs one to the source of the problem, without the need for going through invasive investigations.

Personally, I like to use applied kinesiology in my treatments to find out what type of therapy is the best and most effective for each individual.  Thereafter, the treatment is carried out either with classical physiotherapy or with Cranio-sacral therapy, Bodywork, Bio-Magnetic Therapy or Treatment in pairs, for example.

If you have any further questions about the above, please do not hesitate to call.
