With the Soccer Experience Masters Spring / Summer League coming to an end soon and the Over 35s league just a few games behind, we have just seen some crucial games with the titles for both all but decided.

19.08.2010 - Masters League summary:
John Parkes and his Taylor’s Lounge Masters side, after many a season trying to get their hands on the Masters League title, are almost there after this week’s victory over Keondas Restaurant. Taylor’s Masters moved even further away from the other title challengers and with this win Taylor’s also move closer to doing something special with an undefeated season! The battle for second spot still goes on with victories for The Rovers and Spanish Style and it makes the race to finish in second spot rather interesting until the end of this season.
Championship summary:
This season is one of the most hotly contested seasons to date with any of the sides capable of beating each other, yet four teams seem to be breaking away after round one. Big Damo’s Zurich Spartans have been a revelation this season after a tough first season and along with Mike’s boys of Pepsi FC who have been the surprise package so far this season, Tenerife Solicitors are ever present and are strongly fancied as well as Pueblo Torviscas, a side which seems to be getting stronger with every game especially with the help of the ‘Silver Fox’ Otch from Liverpool while he is on the island during the summer! Not forgetting at this early stage some of the other teams could also join the leaders with just a couple of back to back wins, all in all this Championship season is turning out to be the most exciting thus far!
Over 35s summary:
With just a few games remaining Shaine and his L.A. Masters side move even closer to the title needing just one more win to confirm the title that they desperately want to win and they also have the chance of making it a great season without a loss, a feat that in any league is truly remarkable.

New seasons ahead transfer window and gossip:
With two League seasons coming towards the end there has been huge amounts of talk and the transfers and brown envelopes are already being negotiated just maybe not quite for the fees some other leagues in the newspapers are reporting, the highest transfer fee we believe so far is John Parkes of Taylor’s who is rumoured to be offering his pearls of wisdom for any new potential signings free of charge!

The new seasons ahead look to be very interesting with each team strengthening their squads it will surely be another enjoyable Soccer Experience for all.
