Let’s try to do something together for the next two weeks. I invite you to grab a post-it every night and write down two small goals for the following day. Be concrete and try to fight to death for that goal. In a short period of time, you’ll realise that areas you thought were insurmountable weren’t, and areas of weakness can be transformed by us creating a positive circumstance. Being proactive is feasible, and getting better and happier too.
Talk to you in a couple of weeks.
