20.04.2017 - An adult was taken to the Doctor Negrín Hospital in Las Palmas with symptoms of hypoglycemia.  Three people were treated at the medical centre in Arguineguín.  The group from the Maghreb had set sail from Dakhla, formerly known as Villa Cisneros, in the Western Sahara.  The sea rescue aircraft Sasemar 103 spotted the boat during a reconnaissance flight.  Several police units and representatives of the Red Cross were also involved in the rescue operation.
