Two dangerous rescue operations for the fire brigade
On Wednesday evening at 10 pm, the fire brigade from San Miguel de Abona was called out to help two hikers who had got lost in the Barranco Seco in Santiago del Teide. They were cut off in a dangerous channel, without light and it was impossible for them to continue. The fire brigade was able to get to the two of them. Together they brought them to safety on an eight-hour night hike.
