Venezuelan women forced into prostitution
The National Police have arrested three people in Tenerife, aged between 25 and 55 years, all with no previous convictions. They are accused of human trafficking for forced prostitution and facilitating illegal immigration. At the same time, two young Venezuelan women who had been forced into prostitution in a rented apartment were freed.

22.05.2018 - The three arrested belong to the same family and at least one was responsible for guarding the Venezuelan women.  The women arrived on a tourist visa, although they knew that they would stay longer.  The decisive reference to the involuntary sex slaves was made via the National Police website against human trafficking.
