Pablo Merino wins music festival
For the first time the Auditorium del Parque del Sur in Maspalomas hosted the Music meets Tourism Festival. For six hours there was live music and the presentation of young talents. In the final Pablo Merino from Alcázar de San Juan, from the central Spanish province Castillo-La Mancha, prevailed. He convinced with his interpretations of 'Y hubo alguien' and 'Vivir así es morir de amor', by Marc Anthony and Camilo Sesto. The second and third places went to Adonay Santana from Fuerteventura and Alejandro Rodríguez from Málaga.

12.06.2018 - Pablo Merino was congratulated by Martin Beinsig, the representative of the German organiser Schauinsland Reisen in the Canary Islands.  His prize, the recording and release of his own single was sponsored by Poema del Mar.
