World record attempt - Cubaneando

For the second time in a row, a world record attempt will be attempted in Candelaria today, Saturday, which should go into the Guinness Book of Records. The aim is for as many people as possible to participate in the salsa dance Rueda de Casino. The current record was set in Greece where there were 1,102 participants. It begins at around 10.30am when all dance schools and everyone who has desire to take part, are cordially invited. In addition there will be free dance lessons, DJs and live music. Last year in Candelaria, the record in dance length held by Cuba so far was broken, which was 14 minutes and 38 seconds.
