Stolen TITSA bus in police chase

In the early hours of Sunday morning, Guia de Isora's Local Police were alerted after local residents reported that a TITSA public transport bus was driving on the road without any lights and in a dangerous manner. The vehicle had been stolen by two middle-aged men who were known to the police. The officers followed the bus along the TF-82 to Santiago del Teide. When the thieves in the bus scooped up a Santiago del Teide Local Police car in front of them, previously alerted by their colleagues to wait for the bus, the officers were forced to shoot into the wheels of the bus to bring it to a stop. The two suspects were arrested and handed over to the Guardia Civil.
