18.08.2005 - Operating out of Maspalomas, the well-dressed quartet visited various parts of the Canaries with the jackets, which they said had been brought here for fashion shows but were now being sold off cheaply (between 120 and 200 euros) to avoid the inconvenience of taking them back to Italy. Police were alerted by the suspicions of a man in Las Palmas who reported he had been subjected to very aggressive treatment by the salesmen and was mugged when he refused to buy a jacket.
