Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem ca. 2 Hektar großen Fincagelände, eingerahmt von Ackerflächen und natürlicher Umgebung, ein Urlaubsort der besonderen Art.
Diese abgelegene Finca befindet sich im Parque Rural de Doramas, der zum Naturschutzgebiet von Los Tilos de Moya gehört. Auf den Anbauflächen wachsen je nach Jahreszeit köstliche Früchte wie Orangen, Zitronen, Avocados, Mirabellen, Äpfel, Birnen, Maronen, Kakis oder Mispeln. Auch werden hier noch Kartoffeln, Möhren und Mais angebaut.
Die Finca wurde am Anfang des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts erbaut und im Jahr 2003 vollständig restauriert und dabei von einem Landarbeiterhaus zu einem Ferienhaus umgewandelt. Die Renovierung und Möblierung erfolgte unter besonderer Rücksichtnahme auf die Tradition der alten Finca, so das hier ein Ferienhaus mit mit besonderen Charme entstand. Sie brauchen hier auf keinerlei Komfort zu verzichten und Wohnen dennoch absolut ländlich und ruhig fernab der Touristenzentren. Ein idealer Ort zum Relaxen oder als Startpunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren.
Im nahegelegenen Dorf Fontanales, findet man die wichtigsten Dinge für das tägliche Leben z.B. Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants
Das Ferienhaus bietet auf einer Gesamtfläche von etwa 100 qm drei Schlafzimmer ( 1 x Doppel-,1 x Einzelbetten und 1 französisches Bett), eine komfortabel ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Wohnzimmer. In der Küche mit Essgelegenheit finden Sie ein Ceran-Kochfeld, eine Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer wurde mit einem Fernseher ( leider nur spanische Programme ) und einer Musikanlage ausgestattet. Weiterhin sind Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine Heizung vorhanden. Im Außenbereich der Finca befinden sich schattige als auch sonnige Terrassenbereiche mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Außengrill sowie auch ein Parkplatz für Ihren Mietwagen.
Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Strandlaken bitten wir mitzubringen.
