To the beach these are approx. 10 minutes of footpath which leads by a shady pine belt. Here, in the Costa Calma, he begins approx. 25 km long, very wide fine-sandy beach in southern direction, with his quiet small bays which invite with extensive beach wanderings to an interstay, as well as to all-day stay. A shopping centre, with supermarket, small restaurants and bars lie in immediate nearness of this residential arrangement. They can bring your purchase comfortably in the shopping cart to in the house, up to the fridge. In the meantime, there is an other supermarket in the place. Other shopping possibilities, like stylish boutiques, for everybody accessibly also in hotel arrangements, richly exist. Two banks lie on the way to the beach. The living space has gable height which provides a pleasant residential feeling. From the living space one reaches the terrace which is limited by a mostly blossoming Hybiskushecke. The separate kitchen is furnished with 2 flat-electric cooking field, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. The bath has shower and WC. Towels and bedclothes - except beach sheet - are put. Domestic animals are not permitted.
